A
50% deposit of the total rental is needed to secure the
booking, the balance shall be paid 3 (three) weeks prior
to arrival.
Should a booking be made 4 (four) weeks or less prior to
the commencement date, the full amount of the rental shall
be paid.
A
20% breakage deposit is also required and will be refunded
if no damage to the property has occured.
Cancellations
: any cancellation will only be accepted in writting.
On receipt of such notice PMC will have the right to relet
the property for the same period of the original booking.
The 50% deposit will only be refunded if PMC relet the
property for the entire period of the original booking.
